We currently offer delivery exclusively within the United Kingdom. All items in stock are processed and dispatched 3-5 days to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Pre-order items will be shipped in 14 days.

Returns Policy

We want every piece from SweetChaos to feel like a perfect fit. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you review all product dimensions carefully before completing your purchase.

Should you need to return an item, please note the following guidelines:

- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the original tags have been removed.

- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
